1. Data Collection and Purpose

We collect minimal personal data to provide core app functionality. We collect:

• Account Information: Your name and email address when you log in via Sign in with Apple.
• App Content: Your snooker match scores, statistics, and game history.

We use this data strictly for App Functionality — specifically to maintain your account, save your game history, and calculate your snooker performance statistics.

2. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not use any third-party SDKs, external analytics software, or advertising networks. Your data is processed entirely within our application environment.

3. Account Deletion and Data Retention

You have the right to delete your account at any time. The account deletion feature can be accessed directly within the app using the following path:

Home screen → Scroll to the bottom account section → Tap "Delete account…" (red button below your name and the "Sign out" button) → Confirm "Delete account" in the dialog.

When you execute account deletion, the following data lifecycle actions take place immediately:

• Personal Data Destruction: Your profile details, including your name and email address, are permanently and irreversibly wiped from our database.
• Match Data Anonymization: Historical snooker match scores and game statistics are permanently anonymized. The unique identifiers connecting those records to your personal identity are completely scrubbed. This anonymous game data is retained strictly to maintain overall match history and leaderboard integrity, and it can never be re-linked to you.
